Staff Recognition

We believe in recognising and rewarding the excellence, dedication and commitment that drive our service standards.

Community Initiatives & Sustainability

IWESCO is committed to environmental stewardship and community upliftment, with initiatives that support both the natural environment and the communities we serve.

Each year, we proudly celebrate Arbor Week by planting trees alongside our clients and employees, a powerful symbol of the long-term partnerships we value and our shared responsibility to protect our environment.

We also participate in Mandela Day activities, such as our work with the Rosslyn community, where our teams dedicated 67 minutes to cutting grass, pruning trees, planting, and cleaning shared spaces to honour Nelson Mandela’s legacy of service.

Our commitment extends to structured national programmes.

Adopt-a-Road Initiative

As part of this national anti-litter programme, IWESCO franchisees perform waste clean-up campaigns along selected roads or stretches of highway sponsored by participating businesses.

National Environmental Consciousness Programme

We proudly support this programme, where 30% of all sponsorship funds are allocated to media-based environmental awareness campaigns. Additional funds are used to establish promotional programmes in educational institutions, develop recycling-at-source initiatives, and set up recycling stations at sponsor workplaces. These efforts help participating companies reduce their carbon footprint while fostering a cleaner, more sustainable future.
